After another look at picture, best I can see the choke rod and mounting looks like type used when starter button was under gas tank and starting pin went though steering post. If so that could make it old as 1940 and no newer than 41. Reason I say no older than 1940 is transmission top. The switch on post in picture has no wires to it I can see. It has a low pressure radiator which in 42 was last year. Tall oil filter last used in 42. It does'nt have block between steering post and light bar which makes it sometime in 41 or newer. Think the front wheels have ben changed, not because they are adjustable type but because it looks like they have the thicker flange that wheel bolts go through that later tractors used. Manifold probably changed, its gasoline. This is just a best guess any parts could have ben changed over life of tractor.
