I have used The Fordson House on a few occassions for small orders, a gasket here and a gasket there and been happy with the parts and service. During the last week of December I ordered an engine kit (pistons, sleeves etcetera) as well as most of the gaskets I'll need for an engine rebuild. I received the gaskets on January 5th, not bad for the Holidays I thought. The pistons and such were not received. On January 8th I e-mailed Skip informing him. He said the kit would not come from them that the manufacturer would send it. On January 16th I sent another e-mail asking the where-abouts of my order and Skip answered my e-mail the next day asking if I had received anything. I e-mailed back reminding him that I had received the gaskets but as yet had not received the pistons etc. That was last Wednesday and I have not received the parts nor a response from The Fordson House. Am I worried for nothing here? I have purchased most of my past parts from Gorden Rice and those orders have always gone without a hitch.
