It came from the factory 6 volt, positive ground. What it is now, 50+ years later, is the question. Generally speaking, if it still has the original 6 volt system with a generator, it is most likely still positive ground. If somebody put an alternator on it, it's probably 12 volt, negative ground. As always, there are exceptions to these generalities.
