trade my 8N for a 606?????

I have been looking to trade up my Ford 8N for something w/live power,power steering, and a loader (also need more HP's for brush hoggin' some hilly terrain) I found a 606 Diesel(solid tractor-newer rear tires-sound mechanics- but a little rough looking) with a internat'l loader that the seller is willing to trade for the 8N and $3,300. Can anyone give me some feedback? The 8N is my first tractor, so I am just learning. Any help/advice from you pro's would be greatly appreciated.
