Jim, I mentioned your post to Dee and she reminded me of some pork chops we had last week. She said at the time "It's too bad Jimmy isn't here tonight as these are really nice ones". Real meaty and lean and like a small porterhouse steak. Anyway, she said she would do them again when you get up this way. Just looked at temperature and is +10 F this morning along with a very strong WNW wind of at least 20 mph. Not looking forward to the walk over to the barn this morning as it is NW of our house so will have to do the forward lean. Take care and stay warm. Hal
