Your disk is stuck, if you can, get it started and have someone push you so you can get it in high, and drive around with the clutch pedal down, they will usually break loose. The 10-20 clutch isn't sealed from the elements very well, and makes a fine place for mice to pee. If it won't pop loose, taking it apart is not a big job.
