I wanted to Thank "EVERYBODY" for the help on this 674 Diesel that had water shooting out of the radiator even when the engine was cold . All i had to do was crank the engine over with the radiator cap off and the water would shoot up about a foot out of the radiator. To make a long story short it was the bronze sleeve that is pressed into the cyl. head for the injector to fit into. Right at the very bottom where you have to look in the nozzle hole it self to see any kind of leak after pressurerising the cooling system to 15 pounds of pressure.I had the head surface ground and pressure tested but they missed ths sleeve. I could take the injector out of the head and the pressure would go away from the radiator when engie was cranked over, that's how I knew for sure it was compression related. The next trouble was finding the leak. Replaced the sleeve installed the head back on engine, no more water shooting up out of the radiator. Thanks again !!!!!!! Scotty
