Hi Jason, for the pto trouble, the flow divider stuck on the plug end when you turn the steering in relief. Remove the big plug below the hydrolic filter, remove the flow divider valve and spring, make sure to replace in the same way. The end that stop to the plug is round and square, with a steel saw, make a small groove in the end of the flow divider. That will stop the suction lock, when the valve hit the plug. Your hitch made HIC-UP, the hitch piston have a leak by the O ring seal. Bernard le mécano Québec Canada
