bought a box lot at a local farm auction and there was a new regulator. it is stamped pos. or neg. ground ! it has a connector on the bottom that i awlays called the horn connection, which is not marked,,but on the side it has 3 lugs one is marked "f" second is "bat"and third is marked "l". the box is marked farmall h. been a while but i thought there had to be a lug marked "gen" for the farmall "h" ?? looked at my "bn"and "b" and the 3lugs on it are marked; "l",,"bat",,and "gen". whats the story here on different marked regs, do they require a different generators,,such as a three brush ?? i guess i was under the assumption that all regs. were the same and there were 2 styles of generators. not a problem just an inquiry on a snowy nite in lancaster. thanks, john
