Super C - Fluctuating oil pressure when warm?

When I run my Super C it holds brilliant oil pressure when cold, 3/4 or a little more up the gauge, but when it's warm the pressure is still good ('bout half way up, needle vertical) but the needle seems to waver. It's almost like it's pulsating for some reason, needle moves about 3/16ths back and forth or so. I've got it torn down at the moment to investigate and antifreeze leak so I thought I might try and tackle this at the same time. Any bright ideas about what I should look to for a cause?
