M starting problem?

I am having trouble getting a International M that has been sitting in my grandparents shed for 20 years started.I have cleaned the fuel and air system out and drained the oil out and put fresh oil and a fresh oil filter in it.I got a new 6 volt battery for it also. It will crank it just isn't gettin spark, I have checked the plugs,plug wires,and the distributor.I am not getting power to any of it. Could it be the coil or some faulty wiring? I have never really worked on tractors that much before so bare with me. Thanks, Austin
