Gonzo: Those cylinders are priceless, anyone who has never experienced using one don't realize all others are basically junk. Not only do they have that stroke control feature, the hydraulic cylinder itself is superior quality to anything you can buy today. I had several of those on my farm some 3.5 and some 4.5 and also had a few of the others. In 25 years I never had one of those IH stroke control cylinders apart, and they were being used on heavy equipment like 20'disk, 25' cultivator, etc. Excellent quality.
