Just a bit of thought.....had you paid attention about the disk brake orientation? I know that if the disk brakes are installed "upside down" that you may find yourself with a locking brake. Let me explain, remove the brake outer shell, and then you get to the balls/guides/disk area. Keep in mind, you can easily flip the ball and expanding plates assembly in the wrong way, kind of like a 6 oclock to noon orientation. I know, I did this and the locking brake syndrome occurred. If need be, I describe in more detail, keep in mind that the disk expanding section can be flipped. Hope this helps, Dennis.
