This is on the block I have.Went thru 3 head gaskets,two heads and hours of work before finding this.Its strange, this engine ran perfect.We would run it just above idle for hours at a time and no water would ever get in the oil.But go out the next morning and you could drain a gallon or more out of the top petcock on the pan.We used a IH repalcement block we had sitting around and used everything out of this engine, sleeves rings, pistons bearings and all.It runs just as good.
