Tom: as you can see some of these guys are a bit tired of this question. It gets asked at least once or twice per month. I have seen it on page 1 and 11 at the same time and asked by two different individuals. We tend to think we have it conquered, then all of a sudden someone new comes along and asks again. I heard gene bender was going to have a talk with the president, see if he wouldn't include this in his state of the union address. If he can acomplish that then I'll try and get to the prime minister here in Canada. That might cover it, but then who knows how many folks listen to those guys anymore.
