They really did not have any recurring problems. It is just a small utility. Any problems it has will be due to how it was used and maintained. It has a 4 speed Hi-lo transmission (8 forward, 2 reverse) Speeds are well spaced for about any operation. Drawbar HP is about 35 -- but don't compare it to an M, they are not the same thing. I don't know anything about the diesel as I drove only the gas version, have heard no complaints about the diesel, either.
