They are in fact modified every day tractors and most parts will interchange some were sent to Memphis works from factory for pickers to be installed and some were regular tractors and pickers were installed at dealers. There is a demand for the high clearance tractors that have been converted back to forward travel for show tractors. Back in sixtys or so many of the high clearance tractors were used for spray tractors after pickers were removed. Other than the X code on serial plate I have never seen any special markings and the tractors with dealer installed pickers will not have cotton picker X code.
