1256 or 1466 ?

I need a 120 hp or more tractor. found a nice 1256, no cab, poor paint,mechanicly sound,good tires.
also found a 1466,recently overhualed, ratty cab,poor paint,fair tires.
I personally like the 12 better. Will the 14 use more fuel if used on same size equipment then the 1256.
the 1466 is a 71. 1256 is 68.
What would be better buy? 1256 at $6750 or 1466 at $5700. Thanks for your input...
