the original is a serpentine pulley, or I'd do as you suggested. I'll figure something pout. I plan to do a little fab up on a bracket and keep the battery and wireing uninstalled and check out how the alternator does just in case it doesnt like the rpm. I usually have my tractor at about 1000rpm when working with it, unless I'm dismounted for a hile, then I idle her down to about 600.
