I bought my 51 for $1200 all painted up pretty as you please, but the rear end was shot. I am almost done putting it back together, but I am afraid to add up 14 new bearings, all the seals and all the gaskets and the one new gear. Not to mention all the electrical stuff I had to rebuild like starter generator, battery, wiring put on right and regulator. After all this I might as well put on all 4 new tires and work it! Might have been cheaper to build a time machine and go back to 51 and buy it new, but it is close to new now! If anyone wants to buy it, they will have to get out the FAT wallet.
