And old steam engine guy told he how he got stuck bolts out of boilers and trust me, bolts in boilers can be the worst to get out!. You take a torch and heat only the bolt, gently until it is a "low red" hot and keep it that way for a few min say 3-5 min. don't heat the part it is stuck in, just let the heat from the stuck bolt "soak" into the surrounding area. then take a wet rag (wear gloves for this!)or an ice cube and cool the bolt and with a hammer smack the bolt on top a couple times to jar it and the take it out. Once it moves at little go the other way and then back and forth until it unscrews. Since I have been using that trick I have twisted of very few bolts. When I put them back together I put a little steam engine oil("lard oil") or gear oil on the threads, That can save you trouble if you have to take it back apart down the road. dry threads will stick terrible if assembled and just the tiniest bit of water gets in say from washing the tractor.
