Hi John-Paul, I believe but not 100% certain 2500B is same as the agricultural 574 with a German built D239 engine. If you search CIH web site for manuals you will find:Manual TC-138 574 And 2500 Tractor. Not sure difference between 2500A and 2500B. The 574 hydraulics was a combined transmission and hydraulic reservoir. The proper hydraulic oil to use in 574 is CASEIH Hytran or equivalent. 574 was build in Doncaster UK with German build D239 engine. Some units were shipped to USA and assembled there. USA units had Delco Remy electrical system and UK had Lucas electric systems. Transmission/Rear end was common to 454,484,495,464,574,584,674,684,695,784,884 and some 30XX series. D239 was used in 574,674,684,695,544 and others. Hope this helps JimB
