BUMPER CORN CROP?????

i'm in southeast mn and the corn is way taller then it usually is. it is almost shoulder tall! i was always told "knee high by 4th of july" There is alot more corn around here and the beans seam to of taken a back seat to corn. The corn looks so good and thick. if we get the moisture it needs it could be a really good year. All the crops around my house last year were damages by wind & hail Aprox 33% loss. I wonder if corn will see the 1.99 mark??
