Hi,A friend of mine picked up an IH industrial tractor loader backhoe. The serial number plate has been sanded and I cant find the model.By the stamped serial number I think it is a 2504.It is a 4 cylinder indirect injected engine with a roosa master pump. The previous owner had removed the pump and the engine was not set on #1.I found a pointer on the timing cover and marks on the balancer.Does anyone know where the timing should be when the marks in the window of the pump line up.I have went through several manuals and am coming up with everything from 0 to 5 degrees BTDC.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Moline
