I think it should spark on #1 cyl once in 4 clicks. The other 3 clicks it is sparking the other cyls. If it isn't clicking it won't start unless pulled. Be sure to lube the impulse coupler good, might want to flush it out with kero and then oil it good. the bearings though just a few drops in those.
