Like the others have said, pull the plugs out , but if you don't have the socket, try this, turn the gas off and leave it off. Open the throttle wide open and crank for a few times and let it sit for a while, then crank again and let sit. if it fires up then turn the gas back on and see if you have black smoke. More than likely the needle valve is stuck or has a piece of crud in between the seat.
