I don't know if this is relevant or not, but I had an 806 with a RoosaMaster do the exact same thing, at first it would run for 20 or 30 minutes, then it would only run for a couple minutes, get weak, and die. Did it out of the blue on a silage blower. Good flow, good filters, everything cool but it wouldn't run. The RM has to have a fuel pressure differential in the main housing, if it doesn't the pump just floats and nothing happens, so I started looking at the fuel return system. There is a little glass check ball in in the return fuel fitting right on the top of the pump that failed, it would build pressure in the housing and the pump would shut down. Took the fitting out and it fired right up. I replaced it with a new one, a couple guys have told me you can break the glass out and run it, but I am not sure they knew what they were talking about.
