NO! All pistons are not aluminum. Aluminum pistons can be added to get more compression. They will need to know if you have cast iron or aluminum pistons. Stick a GOOD magnet on the pistons and if it sticks, they are cast, if it does not, they are aluminum. I think CASE IH or a parts store would be the best place to get new rings.
