Help with this hay baler

Hey ever on how are you doing? Well a little wile ageo I bought a 41 farmall A from a little old lady down the road from me. Well she has a bunch of land and she told me to go out to the old barn and there might be some stuff for the A. Well I went out there and I found this. That has been a wile ageo. For the past 4 weeks she has not bee doing good and she has been in the er and stuff. Well I went to go see her and we was talkind about the baler and she askd me if I want to buy it and I told her yes but Im tight on money right now. But I said there is a tree fixing to grow thrue the baler is it ok if I go cut it down and she said yes. So today I went over there to cut the tree well I found where it said case on it. So of corse I had to play with it and come to find out the big gears still turn. The only thing thats not moveing is the thing that packs the hay tight. its Some big block.
