Wouldn't have mattered. I had a plain old M and a 58 350 gas stolen and had the numbers. Never heard anything about them. I know who got the M, but can't find it and can't prove it. Seems the law around here is only interested in helping you if you have had a few beers. Then they will help you right to jail. I was broke down two different times and that is how I stopped a trooper to help. Once was on I-75 in Lex, Ky and 3 or 4 went right by with me trying to flag them down. I finally picked up a beer can from the side of the road and the very next one stopped. Almost took me to jail, and I haven't drank a beer in 20 years.
