Seed plate seal (located on inside of left final drive)

Anyone know of a replacement for the oil seal for the "seed planter drive" which is found on the inside of left hand final drive on A's, SA's, and 100's? Mines bad and is leaking final drive oil all over my shop floor. :(
The IH part number is #384807R91 This is a little coupling that attaches to the axle shaft and protrudes from the inside of the left hand final drive. It's a little felt oil seal and mines Kaput! :( Is there a NAPA replacement? Maybe a neoprene lip type seal perhaps????
