H front wheel bearings

I"m replacing front wheel bearings on a Farmall H and find that the inner bearing cup (right wheel) does not fit tightly in the wheel hub. The old bearing cup was loose and the new one is no better. You can turn the bearing cup within the hub and there is slight play in it. So, the hub must be worn. This right front wheel does wobble in 5th gear. I assume this is the cause. Do I have options - or do I have to replace the hub? If I need a hub, where would I get that?
