I havent but I will. I think thats the problem and why I was going to adjust the tie rod. Will put a guage to the air pressure like George suggested rather than just looking at it.

Is there a certain setting for the toe-in or do I just look at it and guess?

If you have the right wheel straight you can tell the left one points out a little. I didnt change anything other than adding the weights so it must have been like that for 30 years and the weight just made it more noticable. If you let go of the wheel within 10 feet you will be doing a U-turn and pointing the other way so its pretty bad.
