Are you getting any smoke out of it? If you do not have smoke you are not getting any fuel delivery. Did you just replace the crank or did you have more apart? If you are sure you have all the timing marks lined up in the gear train the only other thing is the drive lug on the injection pump drive shaft. Looking at the back end of the shaft there is a dimple toward one side. There is also a matching dimple inside the pump where the shaft mates up. Both dimples must be on the same side or the pump will be 180 degress off. A lot of engines will run 180 degrees off but there ill be a lot of smoke and very little power.
