Hi, Age is not as important as interest and ability, I get kids to drive the baler while I run the bale wagon. The most important thing is can I trust them to stay alert and follow instructions, if not they don't do it. Some are much better at 12 than others at 16 or even a lot older, some of the girls are very good.
