You've got to expect a lot of "no longer available" when the tractor is pushing 50 years old. It's amazing what's still out there in new parts, but you can't get everything. Don't bash the dealer when you can't get a part for a tractor that by today's standards should have been scrap decades ago. That's why there are tractor salvage yards. You should have one in your area, at least within 100 miles, if there is any history of farming around there. Check your local yellow pages or ask the old guy working in the shop at Sterling's. A drawbar anchor and pin should be child's play to find at a salvage yard that deals in IH. The 460's may even be the same as the one on the 300 and 350.
