My farmer neighbor that I work for part time to help out, has all the tools & gadgets to work on these H's & M's. Without his experience and those on these forums I would be completely lost on working on a tractor.

Just to jump ahead here, once I have the sleeves out, I plan on taking the head and the block to a machine shop to get checked over for cracks and a bath. Is that the correct next step?
