I'd love to have a 400/450 but never see them for sale up here in Ontario. For that price, I'd ask if he has a second or third one he's also willing to sell! But I'd make sure the TA is in good working condition first, I hear they can be expensive to fix or replace. Certainly is a heck of a lot cheaper than what folks are asking for a Super MTA!
