TGIN, I did forget to tell you a lot of loggers and timber buyers won't buy fencerow trees, some won't even buy trees that have been in pasture land. The fence row trees are usually full of wire, old tractor-implement parts and what have you. They also have usually been wind whipped since there is no other trees for protection. I am not sure why they won't touch pasture trees, but I have noticed a lot of them get hollow. There is an outfit over here near sullivan that will buy fencerow trees I think they use them for pallets, but They don't pay much more than 10-20 cents a BF for them.
