Ron the valve for the fast hitch is completly seperate from the touch control unit. It only attaches to it. I would start by stopping the leak at that hose and then see what you have, The cylinder wouldn't be leaking out where you could see it. It may be letting oil bypass from one direction to the other. When raised up the bottom of cylinder is full of oil. If the piston is leaking it would let oil leak past it into the top of the cylinder, thus letting it down. I suspect stopping the laek at the valve and hose will cur your problem. There is a kit available for the valve.
