Ok, so it's a coolant drain. Thanks. That goes in line with what the owner told me about the radiator drain. This tractor came from Eastern Washington, and they drained teh coolant daily after work to prevent the engine from cracking during a freeze. So they added a quicker radiator drain... and apparently they added this block drain as well.
What should go there? I don't think I'm going to keep that pet-cock on there.
