The effects of sitting in shed that long will depend on climate in cold areas condensation will have probaly played havoc with engine and transmission but in warm climate I will bet that other than tires it will be OK. I have M that sat in open front pole shed for over 30 years and there was absolutely no condensation damage. Engine started right up uses no oil holds 70 psi oil pressue and has no oil leaks except for minor leak behind govener. Looked inside transmission and there was no rust changed lubricant about 4 years ago, checked level this week and it still uo to full plug.
