It is 6 volts, but I should have mentioned that. I suppose the volts should be about 7.5 or 8. It was one of those regs made in India supplied by the genny shop when they fixed the genny. I am getting so tired of that junk they keep selling us. Also I have replaced the genny that was on my 51 H with one from a super H that has a third brush , but is not moveable. I was going to try to slow down the charge rate that way. My H does not have the L H charge settings on the light switch.
