What i am thinking here is that the littel itty bity pin that hold the two halfs for the valve has broken . The valve is removed FROM THE BOTTOM plug on the lower left of the unit . Now that nut on top that the linkage goes into is alos what sets the clutch lock up pressure and one must reset pressure after you put it back together . Ya need a special fitting to go into the test port and a gauge that will read at least 600 lbs. i set PTO lock up pressure at 265-275 on 1066's . having a manual would be a big plus for one that has never got into a PTO before .
