Instrument panel IH 886

I just purchased an IH 886 and after degreasing and washing the engine I noticed the light in the upper right hand corner of the panel is staying on. It looks like a circle with an arrow pointing through it. Anyone know what this light indicates? I also have a light with a p that comes in when I push the clutch in and was wondering if that was normal? And if it's not to much to ask, my serial # is like U17445 would anyone know what the year of this tractor is? Thanks,
