I am not looking at one, but here goes: They are about 18 to 20" long made from 3/4" actual thickness (one by) yellow pine, or sugar maple, Bass wood, or poplar would also be OK. They are about 4-3/4 inches wide at the attachment, and 5-1/2 at the loose end. The loose end is rounded to be tangent to the top and bottom edges. Bolt holes are in the divider guard, and there is usually a matching plate that is used to pinch the board and make the tension of the bolts spread out. The bottom edge should be 1-1/2 to 2" faarther off the ground than the front of the board when it is tight. The edges need to be sanded or routered round, and the whole thing should be sanded 220 or finer with a coat of oil to limit decay and repel water and insects. That is the best I can put together on that topic. JimN
