I acquired a TD-14A that had been sitting in the hills for around a dozen years. The left clutch is permanently engaged. So far, spraying WD-40 & banging on it hasn't helped. Transmission oil has an uninhibited path to the lower right inspection plate. I suspect a bad inner seal going to the clutch. It looks like I need to pull the ROPS (for convenience), fuel tank and all steering linkage to remove the plate above the clutches. Does this sound about right?
