Jim and Gene are right on. I have a 240. I picked up a cheap homemade counterweight for the 3 point. It was made with a steel frame that held a full 55 gallon drum of cement (about 950-1000 pounds). It was all the 240 could do to lift it. When I had it on there, I was able to lift the front tires off the ground by myself. I only carried that implement once, down to a hole where I used a chain to pull the weight off and leave it in a hole. Now I have a bare frame to put a much smaller weight onto.
