Heat and penetrant and heat with a wt hanging on the crank handle while attached to the crank snout. The wt should be about 100lbs and the crank should be sideways. if the crank is not in a good position, use a pipewrench on the snout to gain that horizontal position for the wt. Then more patience and heat and penetrant. then tapping the end of the snout with a hardwood block and a 2lb hammer then heat and patience. Taking it apart would help spend time, not make it easier.
