I have an L59 deck and the bolts are left hand thread and are either 15/16 or 7/8, not sure right now. They can be a bear to take off sometimes though. Woods sells a special tool to hold the pulley still or I have used a large dia pipe smashed partly flat on the end so it slips over the end of the dull blade to hold it still. I have also used a block of wood between the blade and the deck on the front side to hold the blade still. I just tighten the bolts snug enough so the balde doesn"t slip when reattaching so it isn"t as hard to get them off the next time.
